Every account is verified through phone OTP. No anonymous users — everyone on OutRenz is a real, verified person.

Lister identities stay private — renters never see personal details. Every interaction goes through OutRenz, not direct contact.

Items are picked up, inspected, and delivered through OutRenz's own logistics network. There are no in-person meetups between renters and listers.

Every item is checked against its declared condition and disclosed defects before it's approved for rental, so what you see is what you get.

OutRenz does not tolerate fake or replica items. Listings found to be counterfeit are rejected, and applicable fees apply to the lister.

If something goes wrong, our support team mediates fairly and quickly based on documented evidence from pickup and return inspections.

Every rental includes a refundable security deposit, protecting both listers and the platform against damage or loss.

See something off with an item, order, or your account? Report it to our team instantly — we take every report seriously.

Check the condition declaration and disclosed defects carefully before requesting an item.

Inspect items on arrival and report any mismatch with the listing right away.

As a lister, honestly declare your item's condition — undeclared defects can lead to listing rejection and penalties.

Never share your OTP, password, or payment details with anyone, including someone claiming to be OutRenz support.

All payments and payouts happen through the platform only — never pay or accept money outside OutRenz.
