Absolutely. Every garment undergoes a rigorous dry cleaning and sanitization process before being shipped to a renter, ensuring it arrives in pristine, fresh-as-new condition.
We understand minor wear happens. Normal wear and tear is covered by our security deposit policy. For major damages or stains, please contact our support team immediately so we can evaluate it.
Click on 'List Your Clothes' at the top, fill out details like size, condition, and availability, and upload 5 clear photos. Once approved by the admin, your items will be live for renting.
Each item listed has care guidelines specified by the owner. Some items can be washed normally, while others require dry cleaning. Renters should strictly follow the specified guidelines.
The rental duration is flexible and can range from 1 day up to 30 days, depending on the availability set by the listing owner.
Yes, some listings may carry custom washing charges set by the admin. A standard packing charge of ₹10 is also applied, unless customized. All fees are clearly detailed on the product page and at checkout.
