OutRenz coordinates pickup or delivery based on your location. Receive the outfit before your event. Inspect the item on arrival.

Return the outfit before the rental period ends. After return verification, the security deposit is settled. Refunds (if applicable) are processed by OutRenz.

How is the security deposit handled?
Your security deposit is held securely by OutRenz during the rental period. It is automatically refunded after the item is returned and verified. If deductions are necessary due to late return or damages, the renter receives the detailed refund breakdown and explanation.
When do I receive my earnings?
Payouts are processed after the rental is successfully completed and the return has been verified by OutRenz. The earnings are then transferred to your linked bank account.
Are listings verified?
Yes, absolutely. To maintain a premium standard and trust on our platform, every listing goes through a moderation and approval process before becoming visible to other users.
What happens if an item is damaged?
